5 Things you die die have to avoid doing before you reach level 20 in Pokemon Go

Hello fellow trainers, as you are eager to embark on your route to become the best and strongest Pokemon trainer the world as yet to see and raring to have a go at gym, will like to advice you to hold on your horses and share several things you wish that you haven't done till you reached level 20.

There is a saying, "Level 20 is where your real journey began...."

Wow, thought my real journey begin when i reached level 5,  where we earned the right to battle gyms and even be the gym leader hehe. True but not so true.

At level 20, Pokemon tends to have a higher rate of escaping and higher CP Pokemon are harder to catch.

Top that off with the Pokeballs that you threw tend to swirl more which is why we have to master the magical curve ball and the number of XP it takes to reach the next level is so exponentially much more than in the lower levels.
Cause leveling up become so much harder when you reached level 20, it makes you wish that you didnt do the following before you reached level 20.

1.Using up your lucky eggs, hoping to gain a few more level in the early stage with the double XP perks, though it won't make so much of a difference in the early games when you can just camp in a good spot with many lures and level up even without evolving your Pokemons. Hold on to your Lucky eggs really! You will thanks me when you reached level 20

2. Spending so much candy to evolve rarer Pokemon only to find a stronger evolved form in the wild much later. Yes, the higher your trainer level, there is more chance of Pokemon with higher CP appearing in the wild. And this will continue till you are Level 30, where the CP will cap off. Don't evolved any Pokemon beside your Pidgey, Rattata, Weedle or Caterpie, you will need them when you use your secret egg to earn that extra bonus.

3. Using a huge portion of incense that you have. Hmmm, you really have to assess. There has been rumours that using incense in remote area with no Pokemon sighting will generate random Pokemon, giving you a chance to get that rare Polygon or Dragonite.

Nothing wrong with using incense from time to time, but please conserve it if possible as it will really come in handy in areas where there are often sightings of slightly rarer Pokemon. Who knows, it might give you the Ponyta, ElectricBuzz, Raichu, Jynx or Magmar that you need.

4. Constantly leveling up your Pokemon Combat Points with Stardust when you realised how much a stardust vampire your Pokemon is, just to reach a higher CP. Besides, you will always meet higher level CP Pokemon in the wild as you level up and wish you haven't spend that Stardust on the Pokemon  but on the one that you just catch.

At Level 22, my highest CP Pokemon is pretty pathetic, a Pinsir of CP1040. I spend at least 10K Stardust to bring it above CP1200 and guess what, fate always have a way to toy with you. I caught a Pinsir above CP1200 and its stats are far better than the one i have. :((

Really, Stardust are really hard to come by! Each Pokemon you catch only earned you 100 Stardusts, and each Leveling may cost up to around 2200 worth of Stardust when your Pokemon CP is around 1000 plus. Don't dare to imagine the stardust required for those CP2000 Pokemon.

5. Transferring Pokemon with a slightly lower CP. There is a saying that we shouldn't judge people by their appearance, in this Pokemon Go, CP, yea hell we shouldn't. In Pokemon Go, we judge Pokemon by their IV values. There is a new appraisal feature which you can access at the bottom right hand side of your screen that allow you to estimate the IV of your Pokemon. More will be shared later.
